Become a content moderator

Uhive was designed to allow its community of users to moderate all the content appearing on the app. In other words - crowdsourced content moderation will decide what's permissible content and what’s not.

Monitoring and removing fake news, harassment and indecent material is a huge challenge for any social network. We will need time to develop our system so that it doesn’t compromise user experience while maintaining high levels of trust in the Uhive platform.

To kickstart the selection process, every Wikipedia editor can easily become a Uhive content moderator. Once we verify your Wikipedia credentials, you will be pre-approved to start moderating content on Uhive.

For everyone else; after having an active account on Uhive for at least three months, and once your profile reaches a specific social scale, with zero reports against your posts, you will be eligible to apply to become a moderator.
